Rosalyn’s journey into caregiving began when she was just a child. Born in Slater, Missouri, and raised in Marshall, she discovered her natural gift for helping others early on. What started as a job soon became a calling — one that shaped her into a leader, caregiver, and now, a business owner.
With over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry — from personal care assistant to Area Manager overseeing six Missouri branches — Rosalyn has done it all. Along the way, she earned multiple certifications (CNA, CPR, CPI, Med Aide, Insulin), completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and built a reputation for excellence, empathy, and relentless drive.

She is a mother of three, a woman of faith, and a pioneer in her field, dedicated to raising the standard of home care in Missouri.
